How much are shipping charges?

Our shipping is affordable and all orders are shipped right to your doorstep no matter whether it’s your home or your business. For orders
that do not contain a kayak, our ground shipping is always free if you meet our minimum purchase requirement ($75). From time to time
we may waive the shipping fee.

Orders that do not meet the minimum purchase requirement will be charged $9.95. Additionally, we only ship to the 48 contiguous
states based on this policy.

Some products are excluded from any Free Shipping offer and are not part of the calculation for free shipping

How much does it cost to ship a kayak to my home or business?

Kayaks require special handling and classified as Freight, and therefore cost a more to ship. We strive to minimize this cost as
much as possible, allowing us to charge you far less than the actual cost of shipping.

Our shipping fee covers Residential Delivery, excluding some kayaks and other oversize Items. Please check each item description which means your kayak is shipped to your door. There are no hidden fees! While other sites may advertise free shipping on Kayaks, please check their total price and ensure that it is inclusive of all fees such as wrapping fees, handling fees, etc.

Should you want the kayak delivered to a Commercial Business the shipping charge is typically less and the individual product
page will display the different fees.

Our shipping fees only apply to kayaks shipped to the 48 contiguous states. If you live in Alaska or Hawaii, please contact us, prior
to placing a kayak order. Some oversized kayaks may have a higher fee associated with them. In each case, the surcharge will be noted
on the product details page.

Kayaks vary in shipping price, please see each specific product for it’s shipping cost.

What if I need my order faster than regular shipping?

We offer FedEx Overnight and 2-Day service. You will be given the choice to select this option on the checkout page. Pricing varies and will be calculated when either the Overnight or 2-Day service is selected. Neither 2-day nor Overnight include Saturday delivery, these are based on Business Days only, for Saturday delivery please call us to place your order.

Do you ship internationally?

NO, Continuous 48 states only.

When will my order ship?

Items that are designated as “Available” are in-stock will ship the next day from one of our distribution centers. Items that are designated as “Back Order or Out of Stock”, are currently out of stock, but are expected to arrive shortly. These items will ship to you the day that they are received.

How do you protect my boat from damage?

We take every precaution to ensure that your boat is not damaged in shipping and work with our shipping providers to ensure they properly handle your boat. One of the key components is the wrapping of the boat.

Who will deliver my order and how long will it take?

Non-kayak, or Ridgid SUP orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS Ground unless an expedited delivery service is chosen. Typical ground
delivery time is 3-4 business days. Click Here for a FedEx map of their standard delivery times. Our ship notification will include
the carrier’s anticipated delivery time.

Kayaks are shipped on a common carrier such as Estes, Road Runner, and Southeastern Freight Lines. This means that they will be delivered by an ‘Eighteen Wheeler’. Delivery times can vary but the majority of our shipments are delivered within 2-4 business days.

What do I need to do when my boat arrives?

When your boat order arrives at your Delivery Address, there are a few steps you should take to ensure that your boat arrived in good condition and that you are satisfied with your order before signing any paperwork. See these steps HERE
